September 11, 2001 will forever be engraved in our hearts and minds. On that day the City of New York and our country as a whole suffered a terrible loss. During the day of the attack and the following days Metropolitan Fire Association assisted with rescue operations at GROUND ZERO in addition to the other boroughs of this fine City.

Metropolitan suffered the loss of two of our members.
